WINE WRITER, CONSULTANT AND EDUCATOR
   

Michael Botner is a wine columnist and freelance writer for several magazines and other publications, both nationally and in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia.

Formerly from the Ottawa area, Michael has been calling Kelowna home for the past several years. He has taught wine courses and seminars to several select groups, and has been a guest on various television and radio programmes. Michael Botner also offers advisory and training services for the hospitality industry. For over 20 years, he has organized and chaired Cellars of the World, the Ottawa International Wine Competition for the Ottawa Wine & Food Show before moving to the Kelowna area of British Columbia.
